We're Hiring | Logic Designer & FPGA Team Leader | Yokneam Area | Hybrid

An innovative global technology company is looking for an experienced Logic Designer & FPGA Team Leader to join a cutting-edge R&D organization developing advanced multidisciplinary systems.

This is a unique opportunity to combine technical leadership with hands-on FPGA development while influencing product architecture, technology decisions, and the development of next-generation systems in a highly advanced engineering environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor an FPGA engineering team

Define and drive FPGA architecture and design decisions

Develop and implement complex FPGA/RTL solutions

Collaborate closely with Hardware, Software, System and Algorithm teams

Drive product quality, innovation, and technical excellence

Requirements:

B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering

6+ years of FPGA / RTL development experience

2+ years of team leadership or management experience

Strong experience with Verilog and SystemVerilog

Experience with FPGA architecture and design

Hands-on experience with Vivado and/or Quartus

Strong understanding of Static Timing Analysis and timing constraints

Experience with PCIe, SerDes, and high-speed digital systems

Advantages:

Experience with Artix-7 or Kintex UltraScale+

Experience in Medical Devices or regulated industries
