LCM System Engineer – Join the Frontline of Medical Innovation

About the Role

In this role, you will take ownership of the complete lifecycle of test and calibration systems, lead advanced engineering initiatives, and play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own the lifecycle management (LCM) of test and calibration systems, including end-of-life (EOL), upgrades, and continuous improvements.

Lead POD activities for hardware, software, and process updates.

Design and develop test systems, jigs, fixtures, tools, and manufacturing support infrastructure.

Investigate and resolve production issues and system-level failures.

Drive Continuous Improvement (CIP) projects to enhance quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.

Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and manufacturing sites.

Analyze system performance and implement ongoing process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience as a System Engineer.

Strong electronics knowledge and excellent debugging/troubleshooting skills.

Basic software understanding.

Experience supporting manufacturing environments – an advantage (preferably in the medical device industry).

Strong analytical thinking, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
